Working with Regina was a pleasure. We had used her to find our rental when we moved to the area and we had such a great experience that there was not question in our mind who to use when it came to purchasing our home. Though the home buying process wasn't always smooth, Regina was a rock. Along with being consistent and calming, she was never pushy. We were fairly particular on the type of house we wanted and Regina never pushed us into types of homes we weren't interested in. That being said she was willing to expand our search as we deemed fit. Throughout the whole process we feel she did a great job of acting in our best interest and finding us a home that we would be happy with. She did this to the point of being devil's advocate on a few houses we were on the fence about. She reminded us of what we were looking for and had us strongly consider if we were happy with the house we were looking at or if we would just be settling. In the end we found a great house that was exactly what we had in mind. I cannot recommend her highly enough and the only way we wouldn't use her again would be if she retired.
